De su carta -marcada por las carnes y los productos del mar- descatamos, el filete de Vidriola -un pez proveniente de Juan Fernández-, el Mero escabechado con ñoquis y los Ostiones manchegos que, contrario a lo que su nombre indica, vienen directo de la Patagonia.
